Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health
Hatha Yoga is considered a slower practice that focuses on poses and breath..however even though it is gentle, it can still be challenging. After our Sun salutation we move into our standing poses with a slow flow, followed by the final part of going down to the mat for the last part of the practice..
We end in Shavasana for rest and relation…

Booty Burn:
Lower body exercises primarily for the legs, thighs, hips, and buttocks. Work outs designed to tone and strengthen the major lower body muscles. Strength training will help you build and maintain muscle mass, and when your body composition has greater muscle strength, your body’s muscles will start to work harder and faster. These lower body training sessions will require your body to work harder.

This class is designed for anyone who wants to improve their balance. Different levels modified to the individuals performance. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.
Full body functional strength and cardio training using resistance and weights focusing on arms, legs and core. This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

This class is designed to work on increasing your overall muscle strength, Vo2 mas, mobility and nutrition. This hour class is packed with everything you need to move the needle on your overall health. This class is designed for all fitness levels in a 6 station, personal trainer format modeling the current science on fitness: to improve whole body muscle strength, bone density, mobility, agility, cardiovascular endurance and nutrition.
If you did the Turkey Burn (you are probably still feelin' it), this will be very similar! Come burn approximately 1,000 calories, give or take a few (probably more!) in this 90 minute calorie scorching, non-stop fun, bootyshakin' Zumba class!!!

Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using chair for balance.
Chair - based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga like boosting strength, flexibility, balance and mental well being..
We start our chair yoga with few minutes of mindful meditation and end with Shavasana and a little more mindful meditation...
